“My experience with this program”
“I like the colors, especially the blacks, it’s very similar to Procreate, the drawing program that all iPads have. It has a wide variety of brushes and textures, and it also includes both 2D and 3D modes. I haven’t used the 3D mode yet, but I imagine it can be used to create perspectives and angles. It offers different color modes like RGB and CMYK, among others. You can crop, fill, adjust, resize, and do many other things. You can also choose the format you want, like RGB or CMYK, and export your work as well. For a program that is still new, it has a lot of potential.”
“Negative aspects”
“I understand that this is still a program that’s being developed, and I’d like to mention a few things about it. First, when filling an object, the corners are sometimes left unfilled, so I have to go over them manually. Another issue is the resolution, when I export my work to my phone, the colors often change and become more saturated, even though I use RGB, so I have to adjust them again on my phone. And the biggest issue I have is with the color picker: when I try to select the same color, it often makes it darker. This really affects my drawings, because it forces me to either find the exact color again in the palette or manually adjust it.”

“StylusX has a lot of potential. I really love it, and even though I’ve never used Procreate, this is a great program you can easily get familiar with. It has many features, I especially loved the brushes, textures, and the way colors work, among other things. In my opinion, it’s definitely worth buying, since it’s a paid program. I just hope it doesn’t turn into a subscription-based app, because that would ruin the experience.”
