Since I was a child, I always wanted to become a chef, and opening a restaurant was one of my biggest dreams. Over time, school had a strong impact on me, and as a result, I lost motivation, along with the passion I once had for other career paths I used to aspire to.

Now that I have a bit of free time, I can cook—even if it’s just simple meals for now. In the future, I’m willing to explore more recipes, not only in cooking but also in baking and pastry. I’d love to experience the gastronomy of other countries like Peru, Switzerland, Germany, Italy, Brazil, Spain, and Greece. And I’m not sure if the United States has much to offer beyond things like chocolate-covered bacon or fast food—but let’s be honest, we all enjoy that sometimes, haha.

Despite having been busy and focusing on other interests, I still hope to one day practice gastronomy and baking. I also want to illustrate food (draw it).
